Acceptance and provider
These terms apply when you use this website or purchase relocation budgeting services from Signal Forgehub, Level 6, 73 Gänsemarkt, Hamburg 20354. By confirming a service, you accept these terms together with the agreed scope and fee.
Nature of our guidance
We provide educational and practical budgeting support for relocation. We organise information supplied by you and discuss reasonable planning ranges. We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, investment, credit, insurance, tenancy-contract or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for checking official requirements, contracts and third-party prices.
Booking, information and payment
A booking exists when we confirm the appointment and scope in writing. You agree to provide accurate, timely information. Fees and due dates appear on the invoice; this website does not process payment. If information changes, estimates may need revision.
Intellectual property and personal use
Website text, design and our original planning formats belong to Signal Forgehub. Your written session summary is licensed to you for personal household use. You may share it with advisers assisting your move, but may not resell, publish or present it as your own service.
Availability and third parties
We do not guarantee housing availability, visa outcomes, employment, reimbursements or any quoted third-party cost. Links and public information sources are provided for convenience; their accuracy and availability remain the responsibility of their operators.
Liability
We perform services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for indirect loss, missed opportunities, third-party decisions or losses caused by incomplete client information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellation
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their habitual country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable law. Please contact info@signal-forgehub.digital first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms prospectively. The version accepted at booking governs that service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
