Fees include German VAT where applicable. No payment is taken through this website. Once we understand your request, we offer an appointment and send an invoice with payment instructions.
When a custom quote is needed
The fixed Arrival Budget Session covers one household of up to four people and one intended German city. We provide a written quote if you need a comparison of several cities, have a complex employer reimbursement policy, are moving a larger household, or want additional meetings.
Custom work is priced by expected preparation and meeting time, not by the size of your relocation budget. We explain scope and price before work begins.
Prices we do not control
Rent, deposits, rail fares, removals, furnished stays, utilities and groceries come from third parties and change. Any examples in your summary are planning ranges, not quotations or promises. We encourage you to replace each estimate as firm information arrives.
Payment and changes
Invoices are normally due before the confirmed session. If plans change, contact us promptly. More than 48 hours’ notice usually allows a free reschedule; the full conditions, including work already prepared, are in our refund policy.
